Cross Street Partners was started in 2010 to re-formulate Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse which began in 1974 and grew to be one of the largest developers in the country focusing on historic preservation and urban revitalization with over 17 million square feet of completed developments.

Eastern Shore Land Conservancy (ESLC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit land conservation organization committed to preserving and sustaining the vibrant communities of the Eastern Shore and the lands and waters that connect them.ESLC has assisted landowners in protecting more than 58,000 acres of the Eastern Shore on over 300 properties, leveraging upwards of $50 million in private and public funds. Conservation projects within Eastern Shore towns have created parks, linkages with trail systems, public access to green spaces, and permanent urban growth boundaries. This record of preservation has made ESLC one of the most successful land trusts in the country.
